Lead Recovery Command Center

A queue that catches a service business’s missed calls, texts and form leads and gets a reply ready.

A plumber on a job can’t pick up the phone. If nobody calls back soon, the customer tries the next name on the list. The queue catches the lead while it’s still warm and gets a reply ready, under rules the owner sets.

Decisions

Lead Recovery Command Center demo, labelled sample data: a queue of missed calls and texts on the left, a selected lead in the middle, and a "Confirm and lock it in" button on the right. A banner reads "The owner sets autopilot rules and reviews anything risky." • The owner draws the line

Routine replies can go out on their own. Anything sensitive comes back to the owner first, and the owner decides where that line sits.

  • Let the buyer be the customer

In the demo you can play the caller who got voicemail, text the business line, and watch your own lead build itself in the queue.

  • One tap to commit

A held time slot waits for the owner’s tap. Nothing is booked for the customer until then.

  • Say it’s a demo, everywhere

Every screen is labelled sample data, and nothing leaves the demo.

The demo plays out one working day, from the first missed call to the end-of-day summary, rather than touring features.

What I did

  • Defined how much the system may do alone and where the owner decides
  • Shaped the demo as a working day you can step into
  • Reviewed the copy so every state is named in the owner’s words
